Any recipe, sauce or marinade that works on a regular grill will work even better with the HydroGrill. Grilled Salmon
Lightly brush a salmon fillet with extra light olive oil, then grate a scallion over it and sprinkle with Johnny's Seasoning Salt for fish. Grill and serve.
Grilled Zucchini
Before starting to prepare your entré, slice a zucchini long ways and put it in a bag with good Italian salad dressing. Shake the bag and then let it sit while you prepare the rest of your meal. Grill and serve.
